Fear often takes control when life feels uncertain, filling our minds with worst-case scenarios. In Mark 4, experienced fishermen panicked during a storm, forgetting who was in their boat with them. When they woke Jesus, he didn't grab a rope or bail water - he spoke with complete authority, and the wind and waves immediately obeyed. The disciples realized their category for Jesus was too small; teachers don't command storms, only God does. What feels overwhelming to us is completely under Jesus' authority, and seeing him clearly changes how we view every struggle we face.
